These Terms & Booking Conditions govern participation in events organised by Third Sip Society GbR ("Third Sip Society", "we", "our", "us").
By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms.
About Us Third Sip Society creates curated multisensory experiences centred around taste, creativity, culture and community. Some events are organised independently, while others may be hosted in collaboration with partner venues and organisations.
Booking Tickets are sold through Eventbrite unless otherwise stated. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through Eventbrite. Ticket purchases are subject to Eventbrite's own Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Event Information We aim to ensure that all event descriptions, schedules and locations are accurate. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may require reasonable changes to:

timings

Where possible, participants will be informed in advance. Minor changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
Cancellationsby Third Sip Society If we cancel an event, ticket holders will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Where applicable, refunds will be processed through Eventbrite in accordance with Eventbrite's refund procedures. If an event is postponed, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, please contact us and we will work with Eventbrite to determine the available options.
Cancellations by Guests Cancellation and refund policies are stated on the individual Eventbrite event page. Unless otherwise specified, purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided you notify us before the event. We reserve the right to refuse transfers where necessary for operational or legal reasons.
Food, Drinks & Allergies Our experiences involve food and beverages. While we work closely with our partners to accommodate dietary requirements where reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. Guests are responsible for informing us of allergies or dietary restrictions before the event. Participation is at your own risk. Guests consuming alcohol confirm that they meet the legal drinking age applicable in the country where the event takes place. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to anyone behaving irresponsibly or unlawfully.
Photography & Video Photography and video recordings may be taken during our events for documentation and promotional purposes. These images may be used on:
